What Reasons Can You Use A Personal Loan For?

Quicken Loans- OneReverseMortgage

I am looking to get a personal loan. Can anyone tell me what activities they won’t offer loans for? I’m just curious. I want it for home improvement, but it just got me thinking about it.
ALSO can anyone recommend a low cost loan from anywhere?

Home improvements are fine ie kitchen , bathroom or extensions , car loans are harder to get from the bank .I have always found Royal bank of Scotland to have some really good deals .
Also many kitchen and bathroom outlets have their own finance deals , just shop around .
Lots of companies are offering good deals to actually get you to spend your money , you only have to look at DFS and Dreams they are giving interest free with no payment for 2 years .

You can use it for basically anything. However, because a personal loan is unsecured, your rates will be higher than a home equity/secured loan. According to msnbc.com, the average personal loan is just under 12%, and ranges from just under 7% to 21%. Check the rates out here:http://moneycentral.msn.com/loan/loan.as…

If you pay the money back, then you can use it for anything, but if you spend It daft, then you have to pay the money back and so do not spend it daft….

good luck. with the economy down the banks arn’t giving out alot of loans, espec. in the states.
it’s not what its used for thats important, but having colateral and a good record to pay them back.
